ሰሙነ ሕማማት



        የሰሙነ ሕማማት ሃይማኖታዊና ቱፊታዊ ክንዋኔዎች

በዐቢይ ጾም ከሰርክ ሆሳዕና ጀምሮ እስከ ትንሳኤ ሌሊት ያሉት ዕለታት የሚገኙበት ሳምንታት ሰሙነ ሕማማት ይባላል፡፡ ዕለታቱም የዓመተ ፍዳ፣ የዓመተ ኩነኔመታሰቢያ ናቸው፡፡ በእነዚህ ዕለታት ውስጥ የተለያዩ ትውፊታዊ እና ሃይማኖታዊ ክንዋኔዎች አሉ፡፡ ከነዚህ ክንዋኖዎች ውስጥ አለመሳሳም፣ አክፍሎት፣ቄጤማ ማሰር፣ ጥብጠባ፣ ጉልባን እና ሕፅበተ እግር ይገኙበታል፡፡ ስለእነዚህ ክንዋኔዎች በቅድስት ቤተ ክስቲያን ስላለው ትውፊታዊ አፈፃፀም መዛግብትአገላብጠን እንደሚከተለው አቅርበናል፡፡
አለመሳሳም፡- በሰሙነ ሕማማት የኦርቶዶክስ ተዋህዶ እምነት ተከታዮች መስቀል እንደማይሳለሙት ሁሉ መጨባበጥ፣ መሳሳምን የትክሻ ሰላምታ መለዋወጥንአይፈጽሙም፡፡ ሰላምታ የማንለዋወጥበት ምክንያት አይሁድ ጌታን ለመስቀል ሰኞ እና ማግሰኞ መከሩ አልሰመረላቸውም፡፡ ምክረቸው የተፈጸመው ረቡዕ ነው፡፡ስለዚህ አይሁድ እያንሾካሾኩ እንሰቀለው ፤እንግለው ብለው ይማከሩ ነበር፡፡ በዘመነ ፍዳ ወቅት ሠላምና ፍቅር አለመኖሩን የሚገልፅልን በመሆኑ ያንንለማስታወስ ስላምታ አንለዋወጥም፡፡ መስቀልም አንሳለምም፡፡ ሳምንቱ የክፋት ምክር የተመከረበት እንጂ የፍቅርና የደስታ ሳምንት የታየበት ባለመሆኑ ይህንንበማሰብ ሰላምታ አንለዋወጥም፡፡ አይሁዳ ጌታን በጠላቶቹ ለማስያዝ እኔ የምስመው እርሱ ነው ያዙት ብሎ በሰላምታው ምልክት ሰጣቸው ይህ ሰላምታ አምሐቅድሳት አይደለም ተንኮል የተሞለበት እንጂ፡፡ የዲያቢሎስም ሰላምታ ተመሳሳይ ነው፡፡ ሔዋንን ስላም ለኪ ብሎ ነው ያታለላት የይሁዳም ሰላምታ ሰይጣናዊነው፡፡ ስለዚህ ይህንን ወቅትና ሁኔታ ለማሰብ በሰሙነ ሕማማት ሰለምታ ልውውጥ የለም፡፡ ዛሬ እየተስተዋለ ያለው ይኽው ሰላምታ ያለመለዋወጥ ሁኔታ ስርወመሰረቱ ይህ ነው፡፡ ከጥንት ጀምሮ እዚህ ትውልድ ላይ ደርሷል፡፡ ይቀጥላልም፡፡
ሕፅበተ እግር፡- ጌታ በፍጹም ትህትና የደቀ መዛሙርቱን እግር ያጠበበት፣ ከሐዋርያት ጋር ግብር የገባበትና የክርስትና ህይወት ማሕተም የሆነውን ምስጢረቁርባን ያከናወነበት ዕለት ነው ጸሎተ ሐሙስ ሕፅበተ እግር ጌታችን በዚህ እለተ እናንተ ለወንድማችሁ እንዲሁ አድርጎ ለማለት የደቀ መዛሙርቱን አግርበማጠቡ ምክንያት የተሰጠ ምሳሌ ነው፡፡ ይህም የሚያሳየው እኔ ለእናንተ እንዳደረኩ እናንተ ደግሞ ታደርጉ ዘንድ ምሳሌ ሰጥቻችኋለሁና እውነት እውነትእላችኋለሁ ባሪያ ከጌታው አይበልጥም መልእክተኛም ከላከው አይበልጥም ይህን ብታውቁ ብታደርጉትም ብጹዓን ናችሁ፡፡ ዮሐ 1316-17 በማለት ትህትናውንአሳይቷል ጌታ በዚህ እለተ የደቀ መዛሙርቱን እግር ሲያጥብ እኔ መምህራችሁ ስሆን እግራችሁን ካጠብኳችሁ አርአዬን ሰጥቻችኋለሁ እናንተም የወንድማችሁንእግር ታጥቡ ዘንድ ይገባል፡፡ ነገር ግን ከእናንተ አንዱ ለሞት አሳልፎ ይሰጠኛል አለ ደቀ መዛሙርቱም ማንይሆን አሉ፡፡ ጌታም ህብስት ቆርሼ፣ ከወጡ አጥቅሼየምሰጠው እርሱ ነው አላቸው፡፡ ደቀ መዛሙርቱ ደንግጠዋል ይሁዳን ማመልከቱ ነበር ለጊዜው አልገባቸውም፡፡ ጌታችን መዳኃኒታችን የሐዋርያቶቹን እግርበማጠብ ትሕትናን ካስተማረቸው በኋላ ቅዱስ ሥጋውንና ክቡር ደሙን የሰጣቸው የኦሪትን መስዋዕት የሻረው እና መስዋዕተ ሐዲስን የሠራው በዚሁ እለትነው፡፡
አክፍሎት፡- በሰሙነ ሕማማት እለተ ዓርብ ከስግደት በኋላ ምእመናን በየቤታቸው ጥቂት ነገር ለቁመተ ሥጋ ቀምሰው እስከ እሁድ /የትንሳኤ በዓል/ይሰነብታሉ፡፡ ይህ አክፍሎት ይባላል፡፡ ከዓርብ እስከ ቅዳሜ ሌሊት ለእሁድ አጥቢያ ማክፈል የብዙዎች ነው፡፡ አንዳንዶች ግን ከሐሙስ ጀምረው ያከፍላሉ፡፡ይህም እመቤታቸን ያዕቆብ እና ዩሐንስ የጌታን ትንሳኤ ሳናይ እህል ውኃ አንቀምስም ብለው እስከ ትንሳኤ መቆየታቸውን ተከትሎ የመጣ ትውፊት ነው፡፡ ይህንንትውፊት አስመልክቶ ሄሬ ኔዋስ አውሳብዩስ የተባሉ ጸሀፍተ ሐዋርያት በስሙነ ህማማት ከደረቅ ዳቦ እና ከትንሽ ውሃ በቀር እንደ ማይመገቡ እና ከሐሙስጀምረው እንደሚያከፍሉ ጽፈዋል፡፡ ይህም ብቻ ሳይሆን ሐዋሪያት ሌሎቹንም እንዲያከፍሉ እንዳሳሰቡና ከሐሙስ ጀምሮ ያልተቻለው ቢያንስ ከዓርብ ጀምሮእንዲያከፍል ማዘዛቸውን ጽፈዋል፡፡ የእኛ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ትምህርትም ይኽው ነው፡፡ ቅዳሜ ይበላል ማለት ግን ቅዳሴው ሌሊት ስለሆነ በልቶ እንደ ማስቀደስእና በልቶ እንደመቁረብ ይቆጠራል፡፡ የኦርቶዶክስ ተዋህዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ተከታዮችም ይህንኑ ትውፊት ሲከውኑ አያሌ ዘመናት ተቆጥሯል፡፡
ጉልባን እና ቄጠማ፡- ጉልባን ከባቄላ ክክ፣ ከስንዴ ወይንም ከተፈተገ ገብስ ጋር አንድ ላይ ተቀቅሎ የሚዘጋጀና የጸሎት ሐመስ እለት የሚበላ ንፍሮ ነው፡፡የጉልባን ትውፊት እስራኤላውያን ከግብጽ ተሰደው በሚነጡበት ጊዜ በችኮላ ስለነበር አቡክተው ጋግረው መብላት ያለመቻላቸውን ሁኔታ ያመለክታል፡፡ ያን ጊዜያልቦካው ሊጥ እያጋገሩ ቂጣ መብላት ንፎሮም ቀቅለው ስንቅ መያዝ ተግባራቸው ነበር፡፡ ይህን ለማሰብ በሰሙነ ሕማማት ቂጣና ጉልባን በማዘጋጀት በዓልይታሰባል፡፡ በጸሎተ ሐሙስ ይህንን መሰረት በማድረግ የሚዘጋጀው ጉልባን እንዲሁም ቂጣ ጨው በዛ ተደርጎ ይጨመርበታል፡፡ ጨው ውሃ የሚያስጠማ በመሆኑየጌታን መጠማት ያስታውሳል፡፡ ይህ ትውፊታዊ ስርዓት በእስራኤላውያን የመጣ ሲሆን በኢትዮጵያ አብዛኛዎቹን የትውፊት ክንዋኔዎች የብሉይ ኪዳን መነሻስላላቸው ስርዓቱ ዛሬም ይከበራል፡፡
ጥብጠባ፡- በሰሙነ ሕማማት እለተ ዓርብ ስቅለቱ መታሰቢያ ነው፡፡ ምእመናኑ በሰሙነ ሕማማት የሰሩትን ይናዘዛሉ፡፡ ካህናቱን በወይራ ቅጠል ትከሻቸውንእየጠበጠቡ ቀን ከሰገዱት ስግደት በተጨማሪ ሌላ ስግደት ያዟቸዋል፡፡ ጥብጠባው የተግሳፅ ምሳሌ ነው፡፡ ጥብጠባው የሚደረግለት ሰው በህማማቱ ወቅትየፈጸማ በደል ወይም ኃጢአት ካለ ይህንኑ በመናገር የስግደቱ ቁጥር ከፍ እያለ እንዲል ያደርጋል፡፡ ይህ በስቅለተ ቀን የሚፈጸም ስነ ስርዓት ሲሆን ጥብጣቤማለት ቸብ ማድረግ ማለት ነው፡፡ ህዝብ ክርስቲያኑ በእለተ ስቅለት ሲሰግድ ሲጸልይ ሲያነብ ከዋለ በኃላ ሰርሆተ ህዝብ (የህዝብ መሰነባበቻከመሆኑ በፊትበወይራ ቅጠል እያንዳንዱን ምዕመን ጀርባ ቸብ ቸብ መደረጉ የጌታን ግርፋት ያስተውሳል፡፡ ማቴ 2626 ማቴ 191-3
ቄጠማ(ቀጤማ)- በቀዳም ስዑር ቀሳውቱን ዲያቆናቱ ቃጭል /ቃለ አዋዲእየመቱ ገብረ ሰላመ በመስቀሉ ትንሳኤሁ አግሃደ የሚለውን ያሬዳዊ ዜማበመዘመር ጌታ በመስቀሉ ሰላምን እንደሰጠ እና ትንሳኤውንም እንደገለጠልን በማብሰር ቄጤማውን ለምእመናን ይሰጣሉ፡፡ ምእመኑም ለቤተ ክርስቲንአገልግሎት የሚውል ገጸ በረከት ያቀርባሉ ቀጤማውንም በራሳቸው ያስራሉ፡፡ ይህም አይሁድ ጌታችንን እያሰቃዩ ሊሰቅሉት ባሉ ጊዜ የእሾህ አክሊል ጭንቅላቱላይ ያሰሩበትን ድርጊት የሚያስተውስ ነው፡፡ በዚህ እለት ልብስ ተክህኖ የለበሱ ካህናትና ዲቆናትን ቄጠማ ተሸክመው ቃጭል ሲቃጭሉ መታየታቸው እለተትንሳኤውን ለሚናፍቅ ምእመን ትልቅ ብስራት ነው፡፡
ቄጠማው የምሥራች ምልክት ተደርጐ የተወሰደው በኖህ ዘመን ከተፈጸመው ታሪክ ጋር በማቆራኘት ነው፡፡ ቅዱስ መጽሐፍ እንደሚነግረን በጻድቁ ኖኅ ዘመንየነበሩ ሕዝቦች ከሕገ እግዚአብሔር ውጪ ሆነው እጅግ የሚያሳዝን ኃጢአት በሠሩ ጊዜ በንፍር ውኃ ተጥለቅልቀዋል፡፡ በወቅቱ ጻድቁ ኖኅ ወደ መርከብይዞአቸው ከገባው እንስሳት መካከል የውኃውን መጉደል ለመረዳት ርግብን በመርከብ መስኮት አሾልኮ ይለቃታል፤ እርሷም ቄጠማ በአፍዋ ይዛ ትመልሳለች፡፡ዘፍ.9-1-29፡፡ ኖኅም በዚህ ቄጠማ የውኃውን መድረቅ ተረድቶ ተደስቷል፡፡ «ቄጠማ» ለጥፋት ውኃ መድረቅ የምሥራች መንገሪያ እንደሆነ አሁንምበክርስቶስ ሞት ሞተ ነፍስ ከሰው ልጆች ተወገደ ስትል ቤተ ክርስቲያን ለልጆቿ ቄጠማ ታድላለች፡፡ ምእመናንም የምሥራች ተምሳሌት የሆነውን ቄጠማበግንባራቸው ያስሩታል፡፡ የክርስቶስ ተከታዮች ሁሉ ከጨለማ ወደ ብርሃን ከሚያቃጥለው ዋዕየ ሲኦል /የሲኦል ቃጠሎወደ ልምላሜ ገነት ጥንተ ማኅደራቸውመመለሳቸውን በዚህ አኳሃን እየገለጡ በዓለ ትንሣኤን በቅድስት ቤተ ክርስቲያን ያከብራሉ፡፡
                  መጽሐፈ ግብረ ሕማማት ታሪኩ ይዘቱና አገልግሎቱ


ግብረ ሕማማት የሚለው የቃሉ ፍቺ የሕማም የመከራ የስቃይ ሥራ ማለት ነውጌታችን መድኃኒታችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ለአዳምና ለዘሩ ደኅነት የተቀበለውንጸዋትወ መከራ በእለትና በሰዓት ከፍሎ የሚናገር የሚያሳስብ መጽሐፍ በመሆኑበቤተ ክርስቲያን በሰሙነ ሕማማት የሚደርሱ የምንባብትና የጸሎታትን ዝርዝርበምን ዓይነት ሁኔታና በማን ሊከናውኑ እንዲገባ የሚበይን /የሚናገርበመሆኑ‹‹ግብረ ሕማማት›› ተብሏል፡፡


ታሪኩ፡- የመጽሐፊ ግብረ ሕማማት መቅድም እንደሚገልጸው ‹‹ሐዋርያት ለስብከተ ወንጌል በሚፋጠኑበት ጊዜ ስለ እርሱ ስለጌታችን ታሪኩንና ተአምራቱንይከታተሉ ከነበሩት መካካል የተከበሩትና የታወቁ ሊቃውንት በኢንፎስና በገማልያል እጅ ተጽፎ በቅድስት ሀገር ኢየሩሳሌም በክብር ቦታ ተቀመጦ የተገኝ ነው››ይላል ይኸው መጽሐፈ ግብረ ሕማማት የመጽሐፉን የትመጣ ታሪክ ሲተነትን በየትኛው ገብርኤል እነደነበር አይታወቅ እንጂ ገብርኤል በሚባል የእስክንድርያፓትርያርክ የፕትርክና ዘመን የአባ መቃርዮስ ገዳም ሊቃውንት በነበረው ይዘቱና አገልግሎቱ ላይ የማሻሻያ /የማሟያሥራ እንደተሠራለት ያትታል፡፡/የግብረሕማማት መግቢያመፅሐፍ ግብረ ሕማማት በወርቃማው የኢትዮጵያ የስነ ጸሑፍ ዘመን በካልዕ ሰላማ ወደ ልሳነ ግእዝ ተተርጎመ  1340-1380 ግብረሕማማት ዘእሁድ ገጽ 466 ለዘመናት ከብራና ወደ ብራና በብዙ ድካም ሲገለበጥ የኖረው ‹‹መጽሐፈ ግብረ ሕማማት›› በብፁዕ ወቅዱስ አቡነ ባስልዮስ ዘመንፕትርክና ታትሞ ተሰራጭቷል፡፡
ይዘቱ፡- የመጽሐፍ ግብረ ሕማማት ይዘት እጅግ አስደናቂ ነው፡፡ በርካታ የሀገር ውስጥና የውጪ የቤተክርስቲያን ሊቃውንት ሥራዎች መድበልም ነው የነገረሃይማኖት፣ የታሪክ፣ የተአምራት፣ የሥርዓትና የህገ መጽሐፍ ነው፡፡ ወይም እኒህን ሁሉ በይዘቱ አካቷል፡፡ የመጽሐፉን ይዘት የሚመረምር ሰው ብሉይንናሐዲስን ነቢያትና ሐዋርያትን ሊቃውንትን አዋልድ መጻሕፍትን በብዛት ያገኛል፡፡ ይኸውም በዕለት እና በሰዓት ተከፍሎ በሥርዓት የተዘጋጀ የትምህርትና የጸሎትመዝገበ መጻሕፍት ነው፡፡ ለምሳሌ ወቅቱን የሚመለከቱ የመጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ክፍሎችን፣ኦሪትን፣ ነቢያትን፣ ሐዲሳትን፣ ሃይማኖተ አበውን፣ ተግሳጽን፣ ተአምረኢየሱስን ተአምረ ማርያምን፣ ወዘተ የያዘ መጽሐፍ ነው፡ ለመፅሐፈ ግበረ ሕማማት ይዘት የኢትዮጵያ ሊቃውንት ፈርጥ የሆኑት ቅዱስ ያሬድና አባ ጊዮርጊስምየድሻቸውን በዜማ የሚጸልዩትን አካትተውልናል፡፡
አገልግሎቱ፡- መፅሐፍ ግብረ ሕማም የስርዓት የምንባብና የጸሎት መጽሐፍ ነው፡፡ ከሆሳዕና ዋዜማ እስከ ትንሳኤ መንፈቀ ሌሊት በእለትና በሰዓት ከፍሎ፣የቅድመ ተከተሉን መሰረት በማን ምን መባል እልዳለበት እንደ መጽሐፈ ቅዳሴ ሁሉ ይበል ካህን፣ ይበል ዲያቆን እያለ እንዴት ሊፈጸም እንደሚገባ ጽና ይያዙ፣ጥቁር ይልበሱ፣ በዚህ በኩል ይግቡ፣ በዚህኛው ይውጡ የሚለውን ሥርዓታዊ መመሪያ ለመስጠት ለካህናትና ለምእመናን የሚገባውን ለይቶ የሚተነትንየምስጢርና የትምህርት መጽሐፍ ነው፡፡ መጽሐፈ ግብረ ሕማማት ሕማማተ እግዚእነ ከመንገር ባሻገር ለእንባና ለተመስጦ፣ ለትምህርትና ለተግሳፅ ያገለግላልየልሳነ ግእዝ አንባብያንም በስሙነ ሕማማት ሳይገድፉ በማንበብ ተግባራቸውን በጥንቃቄ የሚፈጽሙበትን የንብብ ችሎታቸውን የሚያሳዩበትም ነው፡፡ በብዙጥንታዉያን ገዳማትና አድባራት የብራና ቅጂ ያለው መጽሐፈ ግበረ ህማማተ በስሙነ ሕማማት ከሚሰጠው አገልግሎት በተጨማሪ ለጥናትና ምርመርምእመናንን በብዙ መልኩ ሊጠቅም የሚችል ይዘት ያለው ነው፡፡
